| Primary Objective |
| Provide a congenial and positive experience to all customers when they purchase and pick up event and or hockey tickets at the Box Office window. |

Essential Functions |
Ongoing
- Guarantee that all guests, internal and external, receive extraordinary customer service by responding to inquiries, selling tickets, and resolving complaints
- Responsible for accurately reconciling and reporting daily sales, and refund activity
- Responsible for ensuring that all cash received from the sale of tickets is secured in the proper location

- Other related responsibilities as required

Job Specifications |
Knowledge and skills
- Minimum 1 year previous customer service experience
- Able to work flexible hours ( evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Billingualism is an asset
- Previous experience handling cash transactions
- Team Player
