| This position is responsible for the overall operation of their designated area. |

Essential Functions |
Ongoing
- Responsible for ensuring the proper stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Responsible for delegating tasks to staff within a designated area, scheduling staff breaks, and relieving cashiers as necessary.
- Monitor cooking staff to ensure the amount of waste and consumption of products is within company guidelines
- Responsible for ensuring accurate inventory counts upon opening and closing your location, reporting all discrepancies to a Manager or Supervisor.
- Ensure that all inventory transfers are properly recorded.
- Oversee all operations in assigned work location ensuring Top Quality guest service, product quality and concession sanitation
