Job Description

Essential Functions

Ongoing
• Offer the highest level of customer service to Corel Centre Premium Seating Clients
• Responsible for releasing tickets from concierge desk at Gate 2
• Answer all calls from suite holders, and suite hostesses on the Premium Seating phone lines, and respond to all questions and inquiries in a professional manner
• Liaison with other departments, such as catering, operations, custodial, to ensure the customers needs are met

Periodic
• Other related responsibilities as required

Job Specifications

Knowledge and skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Able to work flexible hours ( evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Able to work under pressure
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Bilingualism would be an asset
• Team Player
