- Attend to the carving stations on buffets, and ensure customers receive their proper selection.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area adhering to food safety and health standards.
- Maintain a positive, pleasant attitude.

Knowledge and skills
- Able to handle a sharp knife
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Must be punctual, dependable and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure an take initiative in a fast paced environment
- Must have a neat appearance and be well groomed
