Essential Functions

Ongoing
• Responsible for bar set-up and tear-down, as well as opening and closing stock inventories.
• Provide safe and responsible alcohol service.
• Provide customers with friendly and professional service.
• Prepare drinks according to bartending standards.
• Adhere and follow all Liquor Licensing Laws.
• Maintain a clean working area.

• Other related responsibilities as required

Job Specifications

Knowledge and skills
• Must be 19 years of age
• Possess a valid “Smart Serve” certificate, or be prepared to receive certification prior to the first worked shift
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Must be punctual, dependable and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work under pressure an take initiative in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Must have a neat appearance and be well groomed
• Team Player
