• All items in your suite fridge and cupboards are sold to you based upon consumption. No pre-order of these items is required. As your stock depletes, Aramark will replenish items for you.
• If you have special dietary requirements, please inform the Catering office no less than three business days prior to the event.
• Catering kitchens (food service) will shut down at the start of the third period in hockey or immediately following an intermission in a concert.
• During all Senators’ hockey games, our FABULOUS DESSERT TROLLEY makes its rounds to all suites offering fresh cakes, coffee/tea and liqueurs. All items on the trolley are served individually by the slice or cup. The trolley is in operation from the beginning of the game until the ten minute mark of the third period. Suite Service

• Each Host/ess serves a block of suites. A block is considered to be three or four Suites. This service is provided to you complimentary by Aramark.
• If you require more personal service, a PRIVATE HOST/ESS can be made available to you. Please place your request through Carol Harper no less then three business days prior to an event. A $100.00 surcharge will be applied to your bill for this service.
• A full team of managers and supervisors are available to you during an event. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us on your in-suite courtesy phone by dialing the “pantry” button.

Suite Set-up

• Each suite is equipped with a chafing unit, all necessary plates, cutlery and cups (plastic) as well as napkins and wine glasses.
