NAUGATUCK, CT — Cities and counties across the country continue to bring back many traditional Independence Day activities that have been canceled or changed over the past two years. The 4th of July is right around the corner, so it’s time to find out what 4th of July fireworks and festivities are happening near you in 2022.

We’ve got all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Naugatuck so you can start planning now.

Here is what awaits you this July 4th in Naugatuck:

Where: Naugatuck Event Center (6 Rubber Avenue)

When: Friday, July 1, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. (rain date July 2)


What: Trumbull Day 2022, a fun family event with food, vendors, carnival rides and games, children’s entertainment, a main stage with local bands and fireworks.

Where: The land behind Hillcrest Middle School

When: The event begins on Friday July 1 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and continues on Saturday July 2 from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. to end with a fabulous fireworks display.


What: Fireworks & Concert at the HPCC in Orange

Where: 525 Orange Center Road

When: July 9th
