Solenne Lafeytaud, Vice-President, Chief Corporate Affairs & Engagement Officer of L’Oréal Canada, will be a member of the Management Committee of L’Oréal Canada. She joins L’Oréal with more than 20 years of experience in the field of communication, after having held several positions in Marketing, Sales and Human Resources. In 2005, she joined SAP where she most recently served as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications, SAP Industries and Customer Advisory, worldwide. Passionate, energetic, attentive and endowed with great interpersonal skills, she will know how to build communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. ‘I’m thrilled to join the beauty industry leader and help make it the most trusted, loved and admired beauty company in the world. She has held various positions within L’Oréal’s Operations, in factories, in the manufacturing supply chain and within the company’s distribution center, as Director of Commercial Logistics and, more recently , as Supply Chain Director of the Active Cosmetics Division. She has demonstrated cross-functional leadership qualities and an ability to drive change, with emotional intelligence and an ability to rally key players.
