This year’s event will be a passing affair, with more lights, more events and plenty to see and experience

It’s never too early to start feeling some of that Christmas spirit.

The Clackamas County Event Center will help with this from the end of November by presenting its second annual Clackamas County Winter Fair at the fairgrounds.

Unlike last year’s drive-through event, this year’s Winter Fair, which kicks off November 26, will be a quarter-mile lighted festival that will feature a 166-foot lighted tunnel, illuminated display 200 feet, plus a 30 minute Christmas tree show and much more.

“Come explore our light shows and visit Santa Claus in Santa Claus Village,” urged marketing coordinator and salesperson Tyler Nizer. “Santa Claus will be available for photos every night until 9 p.m.”

Children 10 and under are admitted free. Food and drinks are available for purchase at the festival.

For more information on ticketing, proposal packages, or corporate parties, call the Clackamas County Event Center office at 503-266-1136. Tickets are valid from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the date of purchase.

This year’s Winter Fair will run from November 26-27, December 3-4, December 10-11, December 16-19, and December 22-24.
