Soup kitchen of the congregationalist church of Zion – 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., 5th Street and Chestnut. Come to the back door and go down the stairs. To free. Meals served to all who are hungry and need a hot meal.

Silver Yoga Sneakers – 10 am, Heritage Center.
