CLARKSVILLE, TN (NOW CLARKSVILLE) — From fall festivals and free concerts to Halloween fun, there’s a lot to come this fall.

Clarksville Downtown Market

When: Saturdays May 14-Oct. 1
Where: 1 public place
No cost
Time: 8 a.m. to noon every Saturday (except September 10)
Details: Weekly open-air market with farmers and artisans offering locally grown fresh produce, groceries and handicrafts.

First Thursday Art Walk

When: First Thursday of every month
Where: Downtown Clarksville
No cost
Time: 5 p.m.-8 p.m.
Details: Self-guided tour combining visual arts, live music, captivating events and more. Rain or shine.

Bikers Who Care Toy Run and Benefit Evening

Where: Clarksville Speedway, 1600 Needmore Road
Cost: $35 on Ticketleap, $40 at the door
Time: 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday; Toy race Saturday at 1 p.m.
Details: Live Music, Tattoo Contest, Bike Show, Field Events, Swap Meet, $10 Bottomless Sweepstakes, Bikini Contest, Drag Races and more, plus Toy Run to benefit Charities Bikers Who Care charities.

Where: Downtown Commons, 215 Legion Street

Details: Tyler Stone will be on stage. Food trucks will also be present.

Saturday September 17

Frolic on Franklin: A Celebration of the Arts

Where: 100 blocks from Franklin Street
No cost
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Details: Coordinated by the Roxy Regional Theatre, this event will showcase the works of more than two dozen artists, organize performances and art demonstrations.

Welcome to the Veterans Parade

Where: Downtown Clarksville
No cost
Time: 10 a.m.
Details: Carry your red, white and blue flags, wave flags and cheer to honor our veterans.

Downtown Movie Nights

Where: Downtown Commons, 215 Legion Street

Time: 7:30 p.m.-9 p.m.
Details: Abominable will play.

Sevier day

Where: Fort Defiance
No cost
Time: 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Details: Showcasing the frontier and colonial history of Clarksville, Native American and frontier re-enactors will demonstrate flintlock knapping, an authentic blacksmithing operation, frontier camp life, and flintlock musket firing.

Clarksville Hispanic Heritage Festival

Where: Wilma Rudolph Event Center, 8 Champion’s Way

Time: noon-8 p.m.
Details: Latin cuisine, crafts, music and more.

Saturday September 24

Fun days just by plane

Where: Clarksville Regional Airport, 200 Airport Road
No cost
Time: 10am-6pm
Details: Airplanes, food trucks, bouncy houses, beer and more.

Concert I am them

Where: Downtown Commons, 215 Legion Street
No cost
Time: 6:30 p.m.-9 p.m.
Details: Cult pop band with hit songs such as “Scars” and “Faithful God”. Please bring your own chairs and blankets. Food trucks on site.

Where: Heritage Park, 1241 Peachers Mill Road
No cost
Time: The film begins at sunset
Details: Bring a blanket and/or lawn chairs and come hungry as we will have food available for purchase from the food vendors on site. Please leave pets and alcohol at home. Films begin at sunset with pre-show activities and performances beginning approximately one hour before show time. This week will be “Coco”.

Picnics and Gathering in Historic Collinsville

Where: 4711 Weakley Road
Cost: $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-12 years old
Time: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Details: Live music from a 19th century style string orchestra. Bring a picnic to enjoy. Demonstrations of ax throwing, corn shelling, spinning and weaving, herbal medicine and quill writing.

Artsville Festival

Where: Sanctuary on Main, 334 Main St.

Opening hours: Friday 4 p.m.-9 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Details: Artlink and Local Clarksville are teaming up to showcase local art, music, dance, small businesses, artists, artisans and more.

Sloshed Speare: A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Where: Roxy Regional Theater, 100 Franklin St.

Details: This incorporates an abbreviated Shakespeare play with some adult drinks thrown in.

Details: Kat & Alex and Frank Ray will perform. Food trucks will also be present.

The Rocky Horror Show

Where: Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin Street

Details: A loving tribute to cult, sci-fi and horror genres with an irresistible rock ‘n’ roll score, “The Rocky Horror Show” is a hilarious and wild ride.

Freedom Fund Banquet

Details: Clarksville-Montgomery County Chapter 5582 of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People will hold their 66th annual Freedom Fund Banquet.

Saturday October 22

Clarksville ComiCon

Details: Comics, Toys, Cosplay Contests, Sports Cards, Super Smash Bros Tournament, Guest Speakers and Panels.

Lantern hike

Where: Rotary Park, 2308 Rotary Park Drive
No cost
Time: 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Details: The theme of this hike will be “the Halloween story”. The difficulty level of the trail is rated moderate, please use your best judgment when registering.

Saturday October 29

Fear on Franklin

Where: Downtown Clarksville
No cost
Time: 3-6 p.m.
Details: Merchants and organizations will provide candy to children on Franklin Street.

Montgomery County Fall Festival

Where: Rotary Park, 2308 Rotary Park Drive
No cost
Time: 11am-3pm
Details: Activities include a fall-themed photo shoot, trick or treat, Halloween crafts, pumpkin painting, food trucks, and more!
