Stage West brings back murder mystery event to Speedway Events Center – InForum
WEST FARGO — Stage West is bringing “Murd-arrr!!! Pirates of the Salty Dog,” a murder mystery dinner theater to the Speedway Events Center on October 13, 14 and 15.
Written by Toby Otero, “Murd-arrr!” is a mystery that documents the adventures of Captain Bigbeard, whose attempts to reinvent a life on the straight and narrow are crushed when “The Razor”, a French privateer enters the scene.
Starring local actors Aimee Klein as Bigbeard and Stewart Savela as “The Razor,” the show is far from “yo-ho-ho!” from Stage West’s summer performance of “Legally Blonde,” but regardless, mystery theater fans will come for the game and stay for the cash bar and culinary delights.
Expect to sit comfortably at tables of eight and savor comfort food. Spectators have a choice of breaded chicken cordon bleu, barbecued ribs and alfredo, all served with rolls, salad and an assortment of mini cheesecakes. More details on app.arts-people.com.
