Invest NI helped secure the Malone Group investment and ten software, engineering and security jobs for Northern Ireland. Two of the jobs are in place.

Derek Andrews, Territory Manager, UK and Europe, Invest NI, said: “Northern Ireland’s advanced manufacturing and engineering companies play a key role in our economy. I am delighted that Malone Group is joining our dynamic and innovative sector of local and international engineering companies and establishing their new center in Craigavon. This investment clearly demonstrates the Department of Economy’s 10X economic vision, bringing high value inward investment to Northern Ireland, to position us among the most competitive small advanced economies in the world.

“The company has recognized the unique skills and talents on offer in Northern Ireland, and its new team will play a key role in its global growth as it enters new export markets. The jobs will bring in £550,000 in annual wages to our local economy and will be a tremendous boost to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon ​​Borough Council.
