These include seeking administrative support, consulting with doctors remotely, accessing a wide range of Covid-related resources, and responding to other user queries. The CSC Health Services Helpdesk on WhatsApp is free and will be available in Hindi and English. The CSC Health Services Helpline was developed by Infobip Technologies.

âWe are deeply committed to ensuring that rural citizens have the best access to health care and infrastructure services. The CSC telehealth consultation has played an important role in the delivery of primary health care services at the local level. We are confident that an extension of this on WhatsApp will be our next lever to ensure that primary health care services are available to the most remote population in our country âsaid Dinesh Kumar Tyagi, CEO of CSC e-Governance Services India Limited.
In other news, WhatsApp has also recently partnered with the Uber taxi service and will soon allow users to book a taxi directly from the messaging platform.
The feature was built on the WhatsApp Business platform and will start rolling out in some regions soon, starting with Lucknow. Customers will have to complete all activities through the WhatsApp chatbot, from registering to booking the taxi to the receipt of the trip.
